She graduated from Northeastern Universtiy with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and specializes in orthopedics and women’s health. Lauren is an IFBB Professional Figure and Fitness competitor and a professional fitness and figure coach with Cathy Savage Fitness. Savage Sunday Session .....
will begin February 5th. Join Lauren DeNapoli, IFBB Fitness/Figure Pro for a "Savage Style" workout from 9-10am - geared towards ALL women who want to compete or who want to look like they compete!! Sessions will include intense sprinting and plyometrics, with limited use of equipment. Then from 10am to 11am learn how to pose or refine your skills for figure, fitness, and bikini competitions! Cost: $15 for the Savage workout, $15 for posing. If you do both sessions, $25!Please bring heels and a bikini or figure suit for posing.

*ABC - Abs, Butts and Cardio workout
Bootcamp/Interval: Circuit thru ever-changing cardio, strength, & plyometric challenges for your body
Cardio Core: sports condition, aerobic & plyo exercise for all levels with attention to core during & end of class
Functional Strength & Stretch: strength training, muscle conditioning and stretching exercises
Kettlebells, Etc.: all the great workout from kettlebells plus bootcamp style training
Kick 'n Strength: cardio workout using kickboxing moves and cardio working total body—core work during and end of class and use of free weights and stability ball to work all muscle groups—for all levels (75 & 90 Minute Classes)
Pilates: Lengthen & strengthen body; core work; total body toning
Yoga: stretch and relax body and mind, increase awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength-suitable for all levels
Zumba: Latin dance inspired, total body, fat burning workout

"Gung Ho at the Gym"
The other day I was reading an article in the Wall Street Journal titled "Guno-Ho at the Gym-then Boredom Sets In." This got my attention because I've been hearing statements like that for years. The article stated facts such as 50.2 million people who belong to health clubs in the U.S. only about 62% visit them fewer than 100 times a year. So in other words, people join gyms and health clubs with great intentions only to fall by the way side. Does this sound at all familiar? I'm sure a lot of you reading this are shaking your heads yes.
At Training Effects, the word boredom does not exist. Why? Because, you are always with a trainer. Our trainers never take you through the same workout twice. Some aspect of the workout will be different. Workouts are hard, that's why you will hear my business partner Billy say that's why it's called a "work" out. Our motto is "train hard or go home." It's on our wall in huge letters. It's there because we mean it.
Exercising is hard. Don't let anyone fool you. At Training Effects our trainers make each and every workout positive and fun. Our trainers will get you to a level of intensity you would never achieve on your own. We are educated, forward thinking and creative when it comes to designing a workout program. We will use every tool available to us whether it is a dumbbell, a kettlebell, a jump rope or a sledge hammer to make your workout not only effective but changeling and fun.
