*ABC

Abs, Butts and Cardio Workout

Bootcamp/Interval

Circuit thru ever-changing cardio, strength, & plyometric challenges for your body

Cardio Core

Sports condition, aerobic & plyo exercise for all levels with attention to core during & end of class

Kettlebells, Etc

All the great workout from kettlebells plus bootcamp style training

Kick'n Strength

Cardio workout using kickboxing moves and cardio working total body—core work during and end of class and use of free weights and stability ball to work all muscle groups—for all levels (75 & 90 Minute Classes)

Yoga

Stretch and relax body and mind, increase awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength-suitable for all levels

Zumba

Latin dance inspired, total body, fat burning workout
