Personal Fitness Regime
Whether you are fighting a health battle or just wanting a body that you feel good about, we will help you realize your fitness goals. Our Personal Fitness Regime program begins with an overall assessment of your health and fitness goals by a Certified Personal Trainer. Once we ascertain your current health status and goals, we will develop a customized plan and work with you one-on-one to follow each step of that plan to help you see results. Plans can be customized to include group as well as individual personal training in cardio, strength and agility, as well as nutritional counseling and weight control management.
As one of our most popular classes, our Boot Camps are designed to work within your fitness level to promote cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance. You will use a wide array of equipment and practice a variety of drills that will focus on core muscle groups to improve your fitness level. Unlike other group classes you may have experienced, Boot Camps do not require you to keep up with or surpass others to see results. You will compete only against yourself and watch to see how much better you perform from week to week. In addition, our focus on your core muscle groups means that you will see results outside the gym in whatever physical challenges you have in your daily life. Classes are open to members and visitors. Program Times: Fridays at 9:30am
Extreme Weight Loss

Circuit Training offers excellent cardio and strength benefits, but can be intimidating or boring if not planned well. Our Circuit Training classes offer a fun, exciting way for you to improve your health. This class offers the benefits of working directly with a trainer but in a group atmosphere. With a limit of 10 students per trainer, you will get the one-on-one attention you need for a results-oriented workout in a challenging but not intimidating environment. Class size is limited, pre-registration is highly recommended.
