At Training Effects, our personal history makes us feel uniquely connected to the young athletes in our area. We have followed the same path of dedication, hard work and tireless effort to reach our goals. We understand what it takes for a young athlete to strive to achieve those goals, and we are there to help them.
With the experience of professional athletes and coaches, our programs focus on the specific skills and muscle groups that will help a young player improve in their sport of choice. We will work one-on-one and in group sessions to help the athlete assess their weaknesses for improvement and develop their strengths.

Program Description: Our Speed, Agility and Quickness program is intended for athletes in all sports who seek to improve their performance. We have extensive knowledge and experience in making significant improvements in speed timing, and will teach a young athlete the techniques needed to achieve their goals. Our trainers have professional sports experience, both in attending the NFL combines and having trained professional athletes. Regardless of the sport, this camp will guarantee results.
Program Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3:00pm and 7:00 pm. Limited spaces available. Please call to reserve your space. One on one training also available, please contact us.

Program Description:Our Strength and Conditioning program is intended for athletes in football, baseball, basketball and all sports who need overall improvement in strength and endurance. Especially recommended for athletes who practice more than one sport, this program maximizes athletic potential and teaches the techniques needed to maintain fitness year round. Our trainers have professional sports experience, both in attending the NFL combines and having trained professional athletes. Regardless of the sport, this camp will guarantee results.

Program Description: Through our education, training and certifications as well as our experience as collegiate and semi-professional athletes we have learned that a successful athlete needs year-round training to develop their skills. Our Football Program is designed to teach the young player about mental preparation as well as proper positioning and functional training. We require only a willingness to work and the ability of the athlete to believe in themselves.

Program Description: Training Effects' Hockey Program is designed for players who seek elite-level hockey performance. We work with players using the same training techniques we practiced with Scott Pellerin during his 12-year National Hockey League career. This unique program brings together practical experience and hockey expertise with strength and conditioning proficiency. Our proven track record with both collegiate and professional athletes makes this program a necessity for any young hockey player in search of a better game.
