BS Exercise Physiology, Northeastern University. With more than 15 years experience as a personal trainer, Billy founded and established Training Effects in 2001. His vision was to create a facility where he could provide dedicated one on one personal training to his clients without the distractions or intimidation of the typical gym atmosphere.
Billy specializes in extreme weight loss, and works with several clients whom he has help to lose more than 100lbs. He teaches dedication, hard work and maintaining focus on the end result to help his clients achieve their goals. Whether someone has 20, 50 or 150 lbs. to lose, Billy is able to provide the inspiration and understanding to make that person's dream a reality.
Michael Stoddart - Co-Owner

Michael has over fifteen years experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in sports-specific and strength and conditioning training for young athletes and active adults. Michael uses functional training techniques to achieve overall core stability while also developing the specific muscle groups necessary for the client's preferred sport.
Michael's clients are more than fit; He has trained clients who trained for and climbed Mt. Everest (Nepal) and Mt. Kilimanjaro (Tanzania). Just recently one of his clients who competes in Mixed Martial Arts won his first title. He also has trained competitive equestrians. Whatever his client's goals are, Michael is able to make them attainable.

More is expected of today's group fitness professional than ever before and Krysten Magoon delivers. Krysten started out with an ACE group fitness certification but has added kickboxing certifications, Les MIlls strength and cardio certifications and maintains a current CPR certification. She has a BA in Communications from Boston College and and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. TE is thrilled that Krysten is leading our group fitness program and brings her personal passion, creativity and enthusiasm to our members. Krysten specializes in private and small group bootcamp trainings trying to make personal training an option for all budgets.

My experience is working with people of many different ages, fitness levels and experience. I am able to customize my program to your needs in order to help you receive maximum results. For the past three years I have worked as a volunteer fitness coach for the Bone Builders program at the Londonderry Senior Center. I help teach strength training and bone health to community members over the age of 55. I also worked as a Fitness Coach at a women's health center teaching strength training while guiding women in weight loss and nutrition. I worked with women aged from high school students to senior citizens, all at different levels of physical fitness. As a trainer, it is important to maintain my own physical health as well
